Diamond core bit for dry drilling
Dry coring on lightweight concrete, breeze block and porous materials with central extraction.
Request a quoteDry coring is used when water is not an option: occupied sensitive sites, work on porous materials that do not tolerate humidity, or quick interventions without water supply. The Sept Tools dry-drilling diamond core bit is designed to evacuate dust by air vacuum, in combination with H-class central extraction. It is particularly suitable for lightweight concrete, breeze block, hollow brick and powdery materials. The clean and compliant solution for dust prevention requirements.
Specifications and manufacturing
High-density diamond segments with dry evacuation geometry. Vented steel tube to optimise air flow. 1''1/4 or M16 thread depending on diameter. Diameters 20 to 162 mm in standard. Compatible with H-class Sept Tools central extraction (IU33 Longopac, RU80, Turbo7). Designed to limit heat build-up and preserve the diamond.
