Diamond core bits

Diamond core bit for wet drilling

Specific geometry for fast and clean wet coring.

Request a quote

Wet coring is the standard method for drilling reinforced concrete in professional environments. It guarantees optimal diamond cooling, continuous material evacuation and a working environment compliant with dust regulations. The Sept Tools wet-drilling diamond core bit is specifically shaped for this use: its segments allow optimal water and slurry flow, extending life and accelerating cutting. The reference for sites demanding speed and cleanliness.

Technical specifications

Specifications and manufacturing

Diamond segments with gullets calibrated for optimal water flow. Anti-corrosion treated steel tube. 1''1/4 or M16 thread depending on diameter. Diameters 10 to 200 mm in standard. Designed for drills with integrated water feed. Compatible with Sept Tools rig drills and handheld drills. Optimised segment height for longevity in wet use.

Use cases

For which job sites?

Clean coring

Technical drillings on occupied sites without dust diffusion in the environment.

Deep corings

Holes deeper than 200 mm where water cooling is essential.

Heavily reinforced concrete

Coring densely reinforced concrete where heat would weaken the diamond dry.

Series production

Sustained pace on sites where dozens of corings must be made.

Why Sept Tools

The choice of a French manufacturer

01

Optimal cooling

Geometry that maximises water flow and preserves diamond segments.

02

Site pace

Fast continuous cutting thanks to efficient slurry evacuation.

03

Dust compliance

Wet coring eliminates crystalline silica diffusion completely.

04

Availability

Permanent Roanne stock on the most requested diameters.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

Which water pressure?

A standard site water supply (2 to 4 bar) is largely enough. The important thing is flow, not pressure.

Do I need a specific drill?

Yes, a drill with integrated water feed or an adaptation kit. Our Pic Epeiche and Foreuse Périmétrique come standard equipped.

What about the slurry?

It evacuates with cooling water and must be collected by a wet vac or a tray. No discharge into nature on site.

Faster than dry?

Yes, generally 20 to 40% faster thanks to constant cooling and continuous material evacuation.
