The Sept Tools diamond disc for asphalt uses a soft metal bond combined with wide gullets that continuously evacuate bitumen and aggregates. It is the reference consumable for road sites, asphalt chasing and the creation of technical trenches in pavements. Validated for cutting in urban areas and development sites.
Specifications and manufacturing
Soft metal bond, diamond segments with very wide gullets (up to 12 mm). Reinforced steel core to withstand bending on large diameters. Common diameters: 300, 350, 400 and 450 mm. Wet cutting mandatory to evacuate bitumen and cool the diamond. Compatible with thermal and electric road cut-off saws. Geometry designed to withstand the abrasion of rolled aggregates.
