Diamond disc for stone
Precise cutting of natural stones from soft limestone to the hardest granite.
Request a quoteCutting natural stone requires a diamond disc adapted to the material hardness. From soft limestone to hard granite, including marble, every stone has its constraints: abrasiveness, fragility, chip risk. Sept Tools offers diamond discs calibrated for natural stone, with different bonds and geometries depending on the target material. These consumables are used in stonemasonry, heritage restoration and outdoor landscaping. Clean cut, controlled longevity and respect for the original material.
Specifications and manufacturing
Diamond segments welded onto rigid steel core. Metal bond suited to the target stone hardness (soft for granite, harder for limestone). Segment geometry optimised to limit chipping on fragile stones. Common diameters: 115, 125, 230, 300 and 350 mm. Wet cutting preferred to preserve diamond and material. Compatible with angle grinders and electric stone cutters.
