Diamond drill bits

Diamond drill bit for concrete

Clean precise drilling of reinforced concrete for sensitive technical fixings.

Request a quote

The diamond drill bit for concrete delivers a clean, precise, chipless drilling where a classic SDS bit generates craters or damages the substrate. Particularly useful for safety fixings, calibrated chemical anchors or drillings in reinforced concrete near sharp edges, the Sept Tools diamond drill bit combines a high-density diamond tip with a reinforced steel body. Compatible with the brushless drills with electronic torque regulation in the Sept Tools range, it ensures controlled drilling without breakage or excessive vibration.

Technical specifications

Specifications and manufacturing

Sintered diamond tip on reinforced steel body. Standard diameters: 6 to 50 mm. Cylindrical or SDS shank depending on the model. Wet or dry drilling depending on diameter. Cutting geometry calibrated to traverse fine rebar without breakage. Compatible with Sept Tools brushless torque-regulated drills. Central extraction recommended for dry drilling.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

Difference with an SDS bit?

The SDS bit works by percussion (hammering) and generates craters. The diamond bit works by abrasion and gives a clean hole, ideal for calibrated fixings.

Slower than an SDS?

Yes, about 2 to 3 times slower. The gain is in hole quality, not speed. Reserve for drillings demanding precision.

Wet or dry drilling?

Dry for small diameters up to 20 mm with extraction. Wet beyond to preserve diamond and improve evacuation.

Compatible with my drill?

Yes for Sept Tools brushless drills. For other brands, check the shank (cylindrical or SDS) depending on the bit model.
