The diamond plate for concrete is an essential consumable for surface grinding. Designed to remove laitance, open up porosity or level a slab, it combines high-density diamond segments with a bond suitable for the substrate hardness. Sept Tools selects its plates from proven European suppliers and guarantees perfect compatibility with its brushless grinders. Whether you are preparing a screed before applying epoxy resin or stripping a parking slab, this consumable ensures uniform attack, predictable longevity and controlled surface finish.

Technical specifications

Specifications and manufacturing

Composition: synthetic diamond segments sintered onto a reinforced steel body. Calibrated metal bond for standard concrete (resistance 25 to 35 MPa). Velcro fastening or direct mounting depending on the machine. Indicative life span between 800 and 2500 m² depending on substrate hardness and working pressure. Optimised segment geometry for fast fines evacuation and minimal heat build-up, extending diamond life and ensuring constant productivity.
