The 180 mm diamond plate is the productivity format par excellence. Its extended cutting surface delivers more than 20% additional productivity compared to 165 mm, making it ideal for very large industrial slabs, parkings and sites where every hour matters. Sept Tools reserves this format for its most powerful machines, capable of absorbing vibrations and maintaining constant torque. Available in main bonds (standard, hard, extra-hard concrete), it is a must on demanding production sites.

Outer diameter 180 mm. Format dedicated to powerful Sept Tools machines (Gazellomur, Fouine XB180 on request, high-power Mygale). Available bonds: standard, hard, extra-hard concrete. Grits 16, 30, 60. Quick or Velcro fastening depending on the machine. Dry work mandatory with H-class central extraction. Life span comparable to 165 mm in m² but higher hourly productivity.

Is 180 mm always more profitable?

On large areas, yes. On narrow or complex sites, 165 mm remains more versatile and easier to handle.

Which machine do you recommend?

Gazellomur and high-power Mygale are the reference machines to fully exploit 180 mm.

Available as resin finish?

For decorative finishing we rather recommend 165 mm which remains the industrial standard and offers the full grit range.

Is the weight a drawback?

The plate itself stays light; it is mostly the cutting effort that increases. Our brushless machines handle this effort smoothly.
