The 250 mm diamond plate is reserved for high-capacity floor grinders and specialised machines for industrial grinding. At this diameter, the cutting surface covers nearly four times that of a 125 mm, allowing the processing of slabs of several thousand square metres at sustained paces. Sept Tools offers this format on request for major infrastructure or industrial concreting sites. The 250 mm remains a specialised reference, to be used with specifically sized machines and an experienced operator.

Outer diameter 250 mm. High-density metal bond to withstand the heat generated by attack. Segment geometry calibrated to maintain regular cutting over large areas. Compatible only with floor grinders or specialised Sept Tools machines sized for this format. Grits 16, 30 and 60 available on request. Manufacturing per job site specifications.

Is 250 mm a standard?
No, it is a specialised format intended for industrial sites. For most needs, 165 mm or 180 mm are recommended.

Lead time?
Often manufactured to order per your specifications. Count 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity.

Available in fine grit?
Mostly in attack grits (16, 30, 60). For finishing we generally return to smaller formats (165 or 180 mm).
