Why 0.35 and not 0.5?

EN 60745 standard sets the threshold at 2.5 m/s².

Our brushless motor design plus passive damping brings hand-arm vibration down to 0.35 m/s² (86 % below standard). Over 8 h of work, that's 12 years of safe use against HAVS (Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome) per INRS reference tables.

How do we hold 20,000 hours?

Industry standard pro tool: 800 to 1,500 hours.

No carbon brushes means no mechanical commutator wear. Industrial 6204 P5 bearings (ISO P5 precision, machine-tool class), IP65 sealed housing. Internal 1,500-cycle endurance test before CE marking.

BLDC: Brushless DC motor. Permanent magnets.

Electronic commutation instead of carbon brushes. 96 % efficiency vs 76 % for a classic brushed motor. Less heat dissipated, less operator fatigue, more battery runtime or more cycles before thermal cutoff.

Why 60 dB and not 90?

60 dB equals normal conversation level.

Active casing resonance suppression (FEM CAD study) plus the brushless motor which is natively quiet (no commutator clack). Your operators hear each other, hear the site radio, take phone calls. And their hearing stays intact at 60 years old.
