Getting started with your Sept Tools machine
Register your 24-month warranty and receive our maintenance advice to get the most from your brushless tool, job after job.
Your first steps
Unbox and inspect
Empty the box on a stable surface and check the machine, backing pad and accessories against the delivery note. Transport damage shows straight away: a cracked housing, a pinched cable, a warped pad. If anything looks wrong, do not plug it in and get in touch with us.
Handling and PPE
Read the manual before the first start and gear up: dust mask, hearing protection, goggles and suitable gloves. Our machines run quiet (60 dB reference) and capture dust at source in class H, but PPE remains your first line of defence on site.
The right consumable
The wrong pad or disc wears the machine down and slows the job. Pick the reference matched to your substrate (concrete, screed, resin, wood) and to the finish you want. Our selection guide points you to it in a few clicks.

A brushless machine lasts up to 20,000 hours when it is looked after. Empty the filter and bag after every dusty job, check brush wear and keep the air vents clear. Our Roanne workshop repairs and supplies parts for 10 years.
