The Desman RAI102822 is our brushless diamond wall chaser for wall and floor grooves on concrete, porcelain tile, asphalt and stone. 1600 W constant-torque motor, 62 dB(A), vibration 0.38 m/s², IP65. Weight: 10.6 kg without discs, 11.8 kg with discs. Measured throughput: concrete 8 to 12 m/h, porcelain 10 to 15 m/h, asphalt 6 to 10 m/h, stone 5 to 8 m/h. Wall chasing for electrical conduits is a constant source of noise, dust and concrete chips. Standard brushed chasers vibrate excessively and wear out quickly. The Desman is a brushless diamond wall chaser that cuts concrete without chipping. It takes 1 to 3 Ø 230 mm diamond discs in a single pass (4 discs in two passes), for clean, calibrated grooves up to 50 mm wide and 50 mm deep. At 60 dB, it enables chasing in occupied housing without freezing the jobsite. Compatible with Mygale and Gecko anti-fatigue systems for long sessions.
