IU33 Longopac

The IU33 Longopac is our class H construction vacuum for HEPA H13 source capture. 1100 W, 25 kg, 65 l/s flow. Longopac bagging system: continuous sealed bag, emptying without reopening, eliminating dust release on disposal. Compatible with all our grinders, planers, wall chasers and core drills. Ceiling grinding is the most demanding task in construction: arms overhead for hours, constant dust, deafening noise. The Gazelle set eliminates all three constraints. The Gazelle Premium cart supports the Fouine XB165 grinder and presses it against the ceiling using a pneumatic ram. The operator guides the movement without bearing the machine weight. The IU33 Longopac vacuum captures dust at source with its continuous bagging system: no bag to empty, no contact with silica dust. Result: 4 to 6 hour sessions instead of 90 minutes, consistent finish on large surfaces, and a quiet 60 dB jobsite.

What is the maximum working height?
The Gazelle cart reaches 3.80 m. For greater heights, it can be used on a scissor lift.

Is the vacuum included?
Yes. The IU33 Longopac is included in reference ENS103554. It is a class H vacuum with HEPA H13 filtration and continuous sealed bagging.

How many m2 per hour?
12 to 16 m2/h on concrete, 8 to 12 m2/h on renders and adhesives, 5 to 8 m2/h on bituminous coatings, wallpaper and fibre-reinforced resin. Against manual pole grinding, capped at 2 to 3 m2/h, the gain is a factor of 5.
