Why do you not publish the details of your portfolio?

Because the detail of a portfolio shows what is covered and, just as clearly, what is not. That map is only useful to someone considering a copy. Our references go without difficulty to a customer, a rental company, a distributor or a design office that needs them for a file.

How do we obtain the references for a tender?

Write to us and set out the context. We provide what the file requires, under a confidentiality agreement where appropriate.

Is the whole range protected?

No, and we do not imply otherwise. Protection covers specific designs, not an entire catalogue. The machines concerned say so on their own page.

What we designed, we registered.

Our key designs are covered by registered industrial protection. We do not publish the details on this page, and that is deliberate. We provide them to those who need them.

Ergonomic support

The devices that carry the machine instead of the operator, on overhead work and against walls. This is where design has the most effect on the person using it, and the part of the range we have protected the longest.

Brushless drive

The brushless drive principle behind the low-speed torque and the service life of the machines. It is the technical core of the range and it is not off the shelf: it was designed here, for these machines.

Consumable mounting

The coupling geometry between machine and diamond plate. It transmits torque without play, and it is the point where an approximate part shows in use long before it shows to the eye.

The rest of the range is not presented as protected, because it is not. Vacuums in particular use a conventional design that we do not claim as exclusive.

We do not publish the details of our portfolio

The detail of a portfolio says two things at once: what is covered, and what is not. Only someone considering a copy has any use for the second. So we keep it for our contacts rather than the home page.

That makes nothing unverifiable. A customer, a rental company, a distributor or a design office putting a file together gets what it needs, under a confidentiality agreement where appropriate. A protection you refuse to document is worth nothing, and we ask nobody to take our word for it.

We monitor the market and enforce our rights where required. We do not say this to impress: it is simply the condition for a registration to be worth anything.

Why it matters to you

A registered design is first of all a dimension that does not move

A plate fitted to a machine bought years ago still takes the part made today, because the geometry is fixed and controlled and does not drift from one production run to the next. Across a fleet, that stability weighs more than the brand argument.

A part with an approximate dimension will sometimes fit. What is at stake then is not the purchase price but torque transmission, the play that develops and the real life of the part, which means the cost per square metre worked. That is the only figure separating two plates, and it is not printed on a label.
