All content published on this site, including the Sept Tools trademark, the logos, the slogans, the product descriptions, the on-site photographs, the videos, the technical drawings and the productivity datasheets, is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, carried out without the prior written authorisation of Sept Tools is unlawful and exposes the author to the penalties set out in article L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any citation for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from Sept Tools. Unauthorised automated scraping, large-scale commercial indexing and reuse in third-party databases without an explicit licence are prohibited. Access respecting the site's robots.txt file and strictly private consultation remain free of charge.
Personal data and GDPR
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR) and the French amended statute on data protection, personal data collected on this site is processed under the responsibility of Sept Tools, represented by its Publication Director.
Purposes and legal bases. Contact form and quote request: performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (GDPR article 6-1-b). Newsletter and professional sales follow-up: legitimate interest of the publisher to promote its B2B activity, with opt-out available at any time (article 6-1-f). Non-essential cookies if any: prior explicit consent (article 6-1-a).
Retention periods. Incoming commercial enquiries and unconverted contacts: 3 years from the last interaction. Unfulfilled quotes: 3 years from the last interaction. Active customers: 10 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Browsing data: 13 months maximum. At the end of these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights. You have the right to access (article 15), rectify (article 16), erase (article 17), restrict processing (article 18), object (article 21), port your data (article 20), not be subject to automated individual decision-making (article 22) and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please send your request to privacy@sept-tools.fr, specifying the subject matter and attaching a copy of your ID if necessary.
Complaint. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French Data Protection Authority: cnil.fr. Residents of other European Union member states may also lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority.
Data Protection Officer. Sept Tools is a company of fewer than 50 employees whose principal activity, the trading and assembly of professional construction equipment, relies neither on systematic profiling nor on large-scale processing of sensitive data. Sept Tools is therefore not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under article 37 of the GDPR. Operational compliance is monitored by the Publication Director, with a dedicated contact at privacy@sept-tools.fr.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure audience and improve user experience. This analytics measurement is not exempt from consent under the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) guidelines.

Consumer mediation
Sept Tools operates exclusively in business-to-business relationships. As customers do not qualify as consumers within the meaning of the French Consumer Code, consumer mediation provisions do not apply. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution before any litigation.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This website and the contractual relationships attached to it are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Roanne has exclusive jurisdiction, matching the jurisdiction of the Sept Tools registered office, including in the presence of multiple defendants or warranty claims.
