Which consumables does this planer use?
It takes the range's diamond drums (Ø100 and Ø65 depending on the planer) to remove several millimetres of material per pass on concrete, render or resin. The drum to choose depends on the material and the output you want.
Can planing be done without dust?
The planer is built for capture at source; paired with a class H vacuum it keeps concrete and silica dust down. Useful for floor, wall or ceiling planing on occupied sites.
How do you maintain the brushless planer?
With no brushes to replace, upkeep comes down to cleaning, checking drum wear and the extraction connection.
What is the delivery lead time for Ceiling Planer?
We confirm the dispatch lead time with your quote within 24 business hours: it depends on the model and workshop availability. Common spare parts and consumables are kept in stock in Roanne so your jobsite is not held up.
Why is the price on request?
Because a machine alone is not a workstation: the price depends on the configuration, the trolley or gantry, the extraction unit and the consumables matched to your substrate. A headline price would have you compare setups that are not comparable. Our machines do cost more to buy than an entry-level brushed machine, and we own that: the maths works over service life, not over the ticket. You are free to ask for a quote just to compare, with no sales follow-up if you do not take it further.
What warranty and after-sales come with Ceiling Planer?
The whole range carries a 24-month warranty, parts and labour. After-sales is handled in our Roanne workshop, with spare parts in stock and a reply within 24 business hours, no call centre.
