The Tapir XTT330 is our professional concrete floor grinder for screed preparation, industrial surfacing and polished concrete finishing. Brushless 1600 W constant-torque motor, 54 kg, 64 dB(A), vibration 0.27 m/s², IP65. Throughput 19 to 26 m²/h on concrete depending on hardness. Compatible with the class H IU33 Longopac vacuum to help keep crystalline silica exposure below the OEL. No sparking, no overheating, x13 motor lifespan vs brushed designs. Grinding an industrial floor with a simple grinder takes days. Productivity is limited, vibrations are high, and the finish is rarely consistent on large surfaces. The Tapir XTT330 solves all three problems with contra-rotating dual plates. Two 1600 W brushless motors drive two Ø165 mm plates spinning in opposite directions. Vibrations cancel each other, and productivity reaches 19 to 26 m2/h. The interchangeable 300-degree orbital head enables precision finishing. One tool for both roughing and finishing on any concrete floor.

2 motors means 2 times the noise?
No. Thanks to brushless technology, the Tapir stays at 60 dB despite its 2 x 1600 W motors. That is normal conversation level.

Which plate to use?
Standard Sept Tools Ø165 mm diamond plates. Segment type depends on material: hard concrete, resin, paint, screed.

What does the Tapir weigh?
About 65 kg with plates mounted. The machine is self-propelled, the operator guides it effortlessly.
