The Fouine XB165 is our versatile wall and ceiling grinder, designed for renovation, construction, demolition, asbestos abatement and dismantling. It takes the Ø165 diamond cup wheels with a clover bore, plus the velcro and ceramic pads in the range. The wheel to choose depends on the material to grind (concrete, render, resin, epoxy) and how aggressive you need it.
How do you maintain a brushless grinder day to day?
The brushless motor has no carbon brushes to replace, so maintenance stays light. Clean the housing and the extraction port after each shift and check the wheel is properly fitted.
Does the grinder capture dust at the source?
Yes, it is built for capture at source and pairs with a class H vacuum for silica or asbestos dust. Source capture keeps the jobsite cleaner and protects the operator.
