Delete your account

You can delete your Sept Tools Chantier account whenever you want, without justification. There are two ways: the fastest is in the application.

In the application: immediate effect

1. Open the application and log in.
2. Open the Account tab, then My profile.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm twice.

Deletion is immediate. It cannot be undone. The application then erases the data kept on your phone and reloads.

Without the application: write to us here

No longer have the application or no longer have access to your account? Enter the email address of your account. We reply to that address to check that the request really comes from you, then we delete the account. Processing is done by hand and takes one month at most: "erased immediately" applies only from the application. The message received through this form is deleted once the request has been processed.

This form does not erase the data kept on your phone: uninstalling the application removes it.

What is erased, and what is kept

Erased immediately, from the application

• Your application account: email address, password, name, company, SIRET, telephone number, country, consents.
• The data kept on your phone.
• Your orders and quote requests recorded on the application server and linked to your account: they are anonymised (no more email address, address or notes). What remains is the number, the lines, the payment method and the purchase order number.

Through the form on this page, the same deletion is carried out by hand, within one month at most.

Anonymised in our management software, within one month at most

The following are anonymised in our management software, within one month at most:

• your web customer account;
• the orders and quote requests linked to your account;
• the address linked to machine control sessions.

Your email address stays in our register of deletion requests for the time of this processing. Afterwards, the register line keeps only a proof without address: the account identifier, the date of the request and the date of processing. For accounts validated before 14 October 2026, your address may remain in the validation history of your web customer account (traceability log of our management software).

Orders placed without an account are not covered. An order placed without an account cannot be linked with certainty to a person: for these orders, write to privacy@sept-tools.com.

Kept, without your name

• Your jobsite calculations.
• Your wear feedback.
• The execution records of your machine control sessions: they are kept with the machine serial number, without your name or your address. Their retention period is being defined; we will update this page.

Kept 10 years for accounting

• Invoices, in our management software.
• The accounting record of the customer who bears these invoices.

We keep them 10 years because the law requires us to (accounting obligations). Only these two items are concerned.
